Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji

The Guru Granth Sahib (ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ), is the sovereign active living Guru of the Sikhs. It is a voluminous text of 1430 Angs, compiled and composed during the period of Sikh gurus, from 1469 to 1708. It is a collection of Shabads, or Baani, describing the qualities of God and why one should meditate upon God's name.

Dasam Granth

Dasam Granth (ਦਸਮ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ) is a scripture containing much of the texts attributed to tenth Sikh guru, Guru Gobind Singh. Dasam Granth is separate granth and should not be confused with Sri Guru Granth Sahib. The compositions of the Granth set out the ideas, thoughts and guidelines for the future of the Nanak panth as enshrined in the Khalsa.

Sunder Gutka

Sundar Gutka is a small book of scriptures which comprises various essential verses (Bani's) or shabads (sacred verses) from Sri Guru Granth Sahib and other sources which are used to perform the daily recital of the Guru's words. The poetry of the Sri Guru Granth Sahib is held to be worthy of the highest consideration in the Sikh tradition and the reading and singing of the hymns is considered of paramount importance in this era.

Bhagat Jaswant Singh

Bhagat Jaswant Singh (Charan Singh Bhagat Jee) got blessed by Guru Sahib to record katha of Sahib Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee, Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Jee, Bhai Gurdaas Jee Vaaran and Kabit and Sooraj Parkash by Sant Baba Gurbachan Singh Jee over a time period of 7 years. After the recordings were complete, as per the wish of Baba Gurbachan Singh Jee, the cassettes were all given to Sant Kartar Singh Jee Khalsa.
